Tips
- Take a photo of the contact book page every day, so you can translate it slowly
- It is okay to tell the teacher you are still learning Chinese. Many teachers are happy to write more simply or use LINE
- Elementary schools have 新住民語文 classes, where children can learn the home language of immigrant parents. Your mother tongue is a strength, not a weakness
- Save important dates (school fees, exams, holidays) in My Assistant
