Put your phone on the table between you and the other person. The top half is for the Taiwanese person (the text is upside down so they can read it). The bottom half is for you. Tap the microphone and speak. The translation appears and is read out loud.

Your phone turns your voice into text (on Android this is usually done by Google). The text is sent to Google AI to be translated, then not saved. Do not say your ARC number, passport or bank account.
