• This site has no member accounts and does not ask for personal data.
• The ticks in checklists and the text you paste into "Bills & Documents" are processed only on your phone and are not sent to our servers.
• The settings and reminders in "My Assistant" (job, city and dates) are saved only in your phone's browser. We cannot see them. You can delete them at any time with the "Delete all my data" button. They also disappear if you clear your browser data.
• Photo & Explain: the photo you send is passed to Google's AI service (Vertex AI, a paid service that does not use data to train AI) so it can be read, and is not saved by us. To limit the number of photos per day, we keep a random code made from your IP address (not the IP itself) for 2 days. Do not photograph your ARC, passport or bank card.
• Ask Kiki: ready-made topics are answered directly on your phone. Questions you type are sent to the same Google AI service to get an answer, and are not saved; the conversation disappears when you close the page. The number of questions per day is limited in the same way (a random code from your IP address, 2 days). Do not write your name, ARC number, passport or bank account.
• Speech Translator & Camera Translator: your phone turns your voice into text (on Android this is usually done by a Google service). The text and camera images are sent to the same Google AI service to be translated, and are not saved. The camera only turns on when you tap the button and turns off when you leave the page. The number per day is limited in the same way (a random code from your IP address, 2 days).
• Suggest a Place: we keep what you write in the form (place name, city, address, halal info, reason, map link) until it is checked, for at most 90 days. We do not ask for the sender's name or phone number.
• This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like all websites, the server may record technical data (for example IP address and browser type) for security.
• If we later add ads (for example Google AdSense) or an analytics tool, this page will be updated and will explain the cookies used.
